Helping individuals and families

Why I expanded my ABA practice to help individuals and families just like mine manage tics and build confidence.

Having worked in both the education system and the private sector of ABA, I saw traditional behavior models from every angle.‍ But it was raising my own son that exposed the real gaps.

The clinical world relied heavily on rigid schedules, dense jargon, and forcing kids to conform to expectations—things that simply did not translate to real family life.

I realized the traditional model was missing something huge.

When we talk about neurodivergent kids—especially those with Tourette Syndrome, tics, and autism—so much of the focus is on suppressing behaviors.

But demanding compliance from a dysregulated body just spikes anxiety.

I refused to keep forcing kids to adapt to environments that weren't built for them.

I went searching for strategies that actually worked on a Tuesday night in the living room, or on the soccer field on a Saturday. I shifted my entire focus. Instead of suppression, we focused on nervous system regulation. Instead of desk work, we used movement and adaptive fitness. The goal wasn't compliance—it was confidence.

If you are tired of rigid clinical models and ready for real-world strategies that actually support your child's nervous system, I'm here to help.

Let's build a plan that fits your actual life.
